All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery at vgm@vgmpublishing.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns for any items, including sale items, digital products, or gift cards.
Digital products (including downloads delivered via BookFunnel) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
