Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials)
All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.):
USPS Media Mail typically delivers within 2–8 business days after shipment, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
All digital products are delivered instantly via email through our delivery partner, BookFunnel, immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive your digital download email, please check your spam or promotions folder. For assistance with downloads, you may also contact BookFunnel support or reach out to us directly.

Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, VGM Publishing Incorporated is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
