Anarchy at Tosadae

The guys in charge at the Tosadae Security Group have been going over the whole deal with the Stadium attack and the wristponder virus and the released splicers and they’re starting to think there’s some kind of anarchist presence within the campus.

They’ve been questioning that dude who made the virus, Mills Vanderback, but he is surprisingly unforthcoming for a tech geek. I expected him to cave under pressure, but the bastard is still as smug as anything. He’s taking sole credit for that and refuses to admit to any group involvement.

So our detective classes have been teaching us profiling. How to construct a umm, profile on a suspect or person, to figure out where they’re coming from, what makes them tick. For this we’re going into the larger themes, what better a time to talk about anarchy?

See, anarchy is all about people wanting their to be no government, right? It’s an old pre-Quakes ancient Greek thing. An – without, archy – rule. Or something. Basically anarchists want to have no law, because they don’t think the people in power are doing it right. There is usually a lot of sabotage and violence involved.

Normally, you’d expect trying times like these, like what the state of the world is like at the moment, to make people band together. I guess these people are just trying to show everyone that we’re pretty boned if the Black Guard show up. If the Tosadae security forces can’t handle things on their home turf, what’s going to happen if we’re invaded?

It’s some scary thinking, but what’s worse, is, if that’s their point, I can see where they’re coming from.
